It’s so simple, it’s rather inexpensive, and it makes the world of difference!!  LED up-lighintg packages are being sold very often as of late.  At times, we will match the colour of the LED to the theme in the room.  Whether you want us to match the colour to your floral arrangements, seat covers, linenes, etc… We can do it!!  Depending on the size of the room, more often than not, you are looking at about 20 LED lights situated on the floor, in sequence, around the perimeter of the room.  When the sun goes down or when the lights go down, that is when the lights really come into effect… It completely changes the look of the room.  You can transform any venue with the right LED lighting fixtures, knowing which colours to generate, and where to place them, leave that up to us!!

Cocktails, hórs doevres, friends and colleagues… a party sought out after by industry guru’s.  High profile members of the film industry gather once a year to listen to what some of the industry’s finest have to say, what they foresee, future predictions, technology, and overall throughts.

This is one of those events where you want to be a fly on the wall.

Nothing tops 3000 students parading down Yonge and Bloor in the middle of the day!  Emcee’s on the mic. DJ spinnin’some tunes… Life is good!  However, in order to make splash, they knew they would need a heavy duty sound system!  We have been working with U of T for a few years now… We certainly enjoy getting called upon to exectute their A/V requirements!

A part of their orientation was under a massive tent… 60 X 240… 1800 first year students chanting and cheering in school spirit!  Love it!

U of T knows how to throw a gig!  Nice work… See you on Halloween!

Q Entertainment Group was responsible for all the A/V for this conference.  Implementing enough audio for 700 people, 2 10′x 17′widescreen video screens with long throw projection (Sanyo XP 200 7k LM), the entire event was clean and crisp.  8 wireless receivers, 4 Lav’s, 4 handhelds… our ability to EQ is impeccable!

The information on hand was very interesting and the moderator of the conference was one of the best speakers I’ve heard in a while!

Looking forward to Cache returning to Toronto!

GSM a global travel management company located in London, England spans the globe hosting conferences about world travel.  August 2011, Toronto was their next stop.  A 4 day conference at the Ritz Carlton was an informative yet interactive experience for all guests.  Guets were mainly from Europe and the USA.

We provided all the audio visual production, from audio, to lighting, video, event draping, plasma TV displays, and signage.   The event was a complete success.  Working with GSM was a treat!!  Look forward to the next Toronto stop!
